Bird-proof netting over fruit orchards

The Granite Belt region of southern Queensland is famous for its fruit production: Grapes, strawberries, plums, apples, cherries and more.
The farmers have to put up with wannabee 'share farmers': Birds by day and flying foxes (the world's largest fruit bat) by night.
Many use bird netting, and there are thousands of acres under such protection.
