Yellow headed Blackbirds

Yellow Headed Blackbirds a summer time visitor in Utah can be found in farmers fields that are irrigated frequently and marshes they feed on the ground for insects and weed seeds when the midges in the marshes are abundant you can watch them sit on top of cattails and catch the midges as they fly by! This blackbird is one of the marshes most vocal songbirds.
