A postcard from Singapore
Singapore is a city-state where always something interesting happens. The new buildings mushroom and transform the skyline, each more amazing than the ones before. During my last visit it was the futuristic ArtScience Museum and the neighbouring Marina Bay Sands Resort. At the same time the old ethnic quarters with their colonial buildings, temples and parks still held my attention.

The Hall of Precepts on the grounds of the Kong Meng San Phor Kark See (KMSPKS) Monastery is a delightful place where monks and nuns learn about the Buddhist practices.
