Kew Royal Botanic Gardens London

One of the great things about London is space. I have been fortunate to visit on four occasions and never feel closed in. Parks and gardens abound and some cover huge areas. Kew Gardens is about 300 acres. One could spend much longer here than I did in order to take in the enormity and beauty of this wonderful place. Tranquility in nature were my feelings along with appreciation of our planet's living things, many of which I had never seen. Take the District Line and enjoy a leisurely stroll

This image of the Palm House across the lake from the museum. It is so peaceful here. No rush. Just take it all in.
