Possibly the oldest musical instrument in the world

Bone of a cave bear with holes suggesting it could be the oldest musical instrument in the world, dating about 50,000 years back to the time of the Neanderthals. The bone fragment was found by Ivan Turk in 1995 in the Divje babe cave in Slovenia.
