I capture those moments every bride and groom want to see from their wedding day, and they don't even know I've been there! By being unobtrusive I freeze moments in a completely natural and un-forced style. My landscape and architectural photography background allow me to make the most of the venue - including the natural beauty outdoors, and the details of design and construction.
Successful tourism photography requires a realistic portrayal of 'people in the place'. My love of landscape photography allows me to maximise the virtues of each location, and create imagery which inspires viewers to imagine themselves there!
Nature (landscapes and wildlife):
Natural beauty is what drew me into photography initially - whether it's the peaceful sunrise over a beachscape, patiently waiting to get a shot of a bird, or getting some macro detail of the amazing geometrical patterns found in flora. These images translate into fantastic wa

I think photographers are recording history.
Photography is my passion. I have been involved in photography for over 30 years. I started my photographic career involved with investigation photography. Now, I have travelled to most parts of Australia recording Australian images.
I have also photographed events such as the 2000 Sydney Olympics, the Tour Down Under Cycle race, State and National Basketball events and motor racing.
Starting with film, which I still use for some images, I have changed to digital. I aim to record images from the camera and do not rely on adjusting images in the computer. I still feel this is where the photographic art is when you can get the effects my camera/lens manipulation.
Whilst I concentrate on rural coastalscapes, I do cover sporting and social events and portraits.
If you require my services, please feel free to contact me.
